2. When will the Raffle game be on sale?
Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE tickets will go on sale beginning Monday, October 31, 2016, through Monday, January 2, 2017, or until all 750,000 tickets are sold, whichever occurs first.
3. How do I play the Raffle game?
Ask a Florida Lottery retailer for a Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE ticket. MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE tickets automatically print from the terminal with 6-digit ticket numbers issued in sequential order, as they are sold throughout the state. Each Raffle ticket costs $20. Your ticket number will be automatically entered into the Grand Prize drawing for the chance to win up to $1 million! Tickets purchased early will also be automatically entered into the next available weekly drawing for a chance to win up to $10,000. Your ticket will display the drawing dates for which you qualify.

4. How do I win a prize in the Raffle drawing?
If your Raffle ticket number matches, in exact order, any of the winning numbers in the drawings in which you qualify, you are a winner! Every 40th Raffle purchase statewide is also a $50 instant winner until the first 100,000 tickets are sold.
5. What can I win in the Raffle game?
In each weekly drawing, two players will win $10,000, 50 players will win $1,000, and 200 players will win $500. In the Grand Prize drawing, seven players will win $1 million, seven players will win $50,000, 20 players will win $5,000 and 500 players will win $500.
6. What are my odds of winning a million dollars in the Raffle game?
If all 750,000 Raffle tickets are sold, the odds of winning $1 million in the Raffle game are 1 in 107,143.
7. What if Raffle tickets sell out before all the weekly drawings have been held?
In the event of an early sell-out before all weekly drawing prizes have been awarded, Raffle ticket holders may qualify for weekly drawings other than the date displayed on their ticket. The weekly drawing will be held on the date scheduled to ensure all remaining weekly drawing prizes are awarded. Refer to the official rules for sell-out information regarding weekly drawings.
8. When and where will the Raffle drawings be held?
Random computerized MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE drawings will be held at Lottery Headquarters at approximately 10:00 a.m., ET on the day of the scheduled drawings. The drawings shall be public and witnessed by an independent certified public accounting firm.
9. How can I find out if I am a winner?
Winning numbers for all weekly drawings and the Grand Prize drawing will be available here by approximately 3:00 p.m., ET on the day of the drawing.
MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE tickets can be checked at a retailer terminal and on Express Check units at some Lottery retailers.
Lottery retailers will be able to obtain the winning numbers for the first prize winners via the Winning Numbers Report on the terminal the same day as the draw after the game is made payable on the gaming system. The first prize and second prize winners in the Grand Prize drawing will be available.
10. How do I redeem my prize?
Winning Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE tickets valued at $50 and $500 may be claimed at any authorized retailer. Winning Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE tickets valued at $1,000, $5,000, $10,000, and $50,000 must be presented at any Lottery district office. Winning Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE tickets valued at $1,000,000 must be presented at Florida Lottery headquarters for payments.
All winning tickets of $50,000 or less may be mailed to the Florida Lottery for prize payment. To claim your prize by mail, simply mail the ticket(s) and the required documentation to:
The envelope in which a ticket is mailed must be postmarked on or before the 180th day after the winning drawing. $50 Instant Win Coupons must be redeemed by Friday, March 3, 2017.
U.S. Postal Service regulations include various restrictions on mailing Lottery tickets. The risk of mailing tickets remains with the player and will not be assumed by the Lottery.

11. If I win a prize in a weekly drawing must I wait until after the Grand Prize drawing to redeem my prize?
No, you can redeem your weekly drawing prize at any time and you will receive a continuation ticket with the same Raffle number. The continuation ticket can be used to redeem prizes in the Grand Prize drawing or any subsequent weekly drawings occurring after a sell-out. Raffle original tickets and continuation tickets are the only valid receipts to redeem a prize.
12. Can I have the retailer check my ticket to see if it is a winner?
Yes, but only MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE prizes of $500 can be paid by a retailer. If you validate your MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE ticket of a weekly prize at a retailer, you will receive player claim instructions and a Continuation Ticket. Make sure the retailer gives you back both your original MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE ticket and the continuation ticket to redeem your prize at a Lottery office.
13. When I checked my ticket after a weekly drawing, the Express check said it was a winner and to see the retailer. When the retailer validated my ticket why was it not branded as a winner?
Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE tickets that are validated at a Lottery retailer will not be branded as a winner or non-winner until after the grand prize drawing on January 3, 2017. Winning Raffle tickets that are paid at a Lottery office before the final draw will be branded as a winner.
