The Florida Lottery Strategic Partnerships Team collaborates with schools, nonprofits, community organizations, colleges and universities statewide to expand awareness of the Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program and connect students and families with resources that support college and career success.

  • Contracts

    We establish partnerships with organizations that promote Bright Futures awareness and educational opportunities for Florida students.

  • Engagements

    We offer Bright Futures presentations and workshops in English and Spanish to help students, families, and educators understand scholarship opportunities, college readiness, and financial aid resources.

  • Merchandise

    We provide promotional merchandise and educational resources through informational displays (including table/chair accommodation, when applicable).

Consortium of Florida Education Foundations

Through a partnership with the Consortium of Florida Education Foundations, the Lottery is lighting the way for thousands of students to earn a Bright Futures Scholarship through the Lighting the Way to a Bright Future Project.

5000 Role Models of Excellence Project

The 5000 Role Models of Excellence Project is an in-school dropout prevention and mentoring program for young boys in Miami-Dade, Pinellas, Duval, and Broward Counties. The program has received national recognition since its inception in 1993 and has awarded approximately $10 million in scholarships.

Innovation Space Makeover Program

Spearheaded by the College Football Playoff National Championship Game (CFPNCG) Host Committee and College Football Playoff (CFP) Foundation, this program supports school redesign through the creation of innovation spaces.

Pace Center for Girls

The Lottery is an ongoing partner of the Pace Center for Girls, which provides free year-round middle and high school academics, case management, counseling, and life skills development to girls in a safe environment.

Follow these steps to get started. Expand each section to learn more about our partnership opportunities and requirements. 

Organizations requesting funding through a contractual partnership must provide clearly defined deliverables, measurable outcomes, and proof of performance aligned with the Florida Lottery's educational mission.

Opportunities may include educational events, student and family engagement, scholarship awareness campaigns, college readiness initiatives, and other programs that positively impact Florida students.

  1. Review Partnership Proposal Guidelines
    Before initiating the partnership request, please review our Partnership Proposal Guidelines for insights on what makes an ideal partner, qualities we seek in organizations, and helpful tips for crafting a successful proposal.

  2. Complete the Partnership Request Form
    Download and complete the Lottery's Partnership Request Form and submit to partnerships@flalottery.com.

    In order to provide your organization with the most comprehensive partnership plan possible, we request that you complete and submit the below proposal form no later than three (3) months prior to your event date.

  3. Proposal submission confirmation
    Once the Partnership Request Form and any applicable supporting documents have been submitted, you will receive a receipt of your proposal from the Lottery within two (2) business days.

  4. Proposal review
    The Lottery's Strategic Partnership team will review your proposal to determine if it aligns with our partnership objectives and overall mission. Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for the Lottery to complete this review process.

  5. Receive Confirmation/Decision
    You will receive a final decision on your proposal, either to move forward with a partnership agreement or respectfully decline the opportunity.

Presentations may be conducted as part of an existing event or hosted directly at a school or organization and can include workshops, informational sessions, panel participation, keynote speaking opportunities, and educational outreach.

In some instances, while the Florida Lottery may not be able to attend an event in person, virtual presentations may still be provided to support the event and the audience being served.

  1. Complete the Engagement/Speaking Event Request Form
    Download and complete the Florida Lottery Engagement/Speaking Event Request Form in its entirety. Provide event details including the event description, audience, event logistics, speaking opportunity information, requested support, and any event agenda or run of show.

  2. Submit Request
    Submit the completed form and any supporting event materials to: 
    partnerships@flalottery.com

  3. Event Review
    The Florida Lottery Strategic Partnerships team will acknowledge receipt of this request and review for staffing availability, educational mission alignment, and event logistics.

  4. Receive Confirmation/Decision
    You will receive a response regarding confirmation or approval of your request within approximately three (3) to four (4) business days of submission.

Example opportunities may include Back-to-School events, School Resource Fairs, College Decision Days, Educational Workshops, Career Fairs, and other outreach initiatives that positively impact Florida students.

In some instances, while the Florida Lottery may not be able to attend an event in person, educational and promotional merchandise may still be provided to support the event and the audience being served.

  1. Complete the Merchandise Request Form
    Download and complete the Florida Lottery Merchandise Request Form. Provide a brief event description, audience details, event date, estimated attendance, and requested merchandise information.

  2. Submit Request
    Submit the completed form to: partnerships@flalottery.com

  3. Merchandise Review
    The Florida Lottery Strategic Partnerships team will acknowledge receipt of this request and review it based on event alignment, audience, and available merchandise inventory.

  4. Receive Confirmation/Decision
    You will receive a response regarding approval or merchandise availability within approximately four (4) business days of submission.
